The foundation of ShiftFit, this 12 week program was designed to maximize endurance, strength, and physique from home, outdoors, and any mainstream gym in 40-60mins a day, 4-6 days a week. With Low, Medium, and High capacity training levels included, this program has been tested and proven by people from ages 16-60, beginner to elite, skinny to overweight. SHIFTFIT COMPLETE is demanding and intense, but can be done whether you are entirely out of shape or simply want to take your training to the next level. We take the time to progress you responsibly and strategically, but also continue to push you to new levels as your fitness improves.

Digital Training Calendar with point tracking and notes
Digital Performance Nutrition Guide
Digital Training Booklet with 2 weeks of recommended body prep guidance, Low, Medium, and High Capacity workout options with warm-ups and cool-downs, and visual graphics for each exercise (and exercise video library online).
