ShiftFit Strong is specifically designed to develop athletic size and strength from any mainstream gym. This 12 week program starts with a foundation of work capacity, and quickly transitions into progressive weight training. Most workouts range from 40-60mins a day and cover everything you need for a full dose of training. With Low, Medium, and High capacity training levels included, this program has been tested and proven by people from ages 16-60, beginner to elite, skinny to overweight. ShiftFit Strong is demanding and intense, but can be done whether you are entirely out of shape or simply want to take your training to the next level. We take the time to progress you responsibly and strategically, but also continue to push you to new levels as your strength improves.
