ShiftFit guarantees your satisfaction of the products and programs we sell. If for any reason you are unhappy with your printed purchase, return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery date. We’ll even pick up that tab for you to ship it back using the USPS Priority or First Class mail you received your online order through. After 30 days, we are unable to guarantee a refund or exchange for merchandise, and will treat each case on an individual basis with the customer to arrive on a fair and reasonable solution.

ShiftFit offers a “Best shape of your life” guarantee. Beyond merchandise returns or exchanges, we promise that you will get in the best shape of your life through the use of our COMPLETE program if used thoroughly and correctly. If you finish the SHIFTFIT COMPLETE program in its entirety, document results daily, adhere to the ShiftFit Nutrition Guide, and aren’t pleased with the experience and results, we’ll give you your money back upon return of your documented program.
