This 12 week program caters to the younger, the older, the heavier, and the busier. SHIFTFIT LIGHT takes the first half of the COMPLETE program, spreads it out to only 3 days a week for 20-40mins. All of the workouts are dialed back by 30% and the moves are simplified so that you only need your bodyweight, a jumprope, and a medball. Low, Medium, and High capacity levels are included just like the COMPLETE program. The LIGHT program is a comfortable approach for people new to fitness or for those trying to improve their health on a busy schedule. SHIFTFIT LIGHT can be done from the home and outdoors, but also works well in a mainstream gym environment.
